Data used

404desk processes account email, authentication data, workspace profile details, game answers, Aura, streaks, achievements, titles, powers, community submissions, reports, moderation decisions, uploaded files, session and security logs.

Providers, cookies and advertising

The application uses Supabase for authentication, database, storage and related infrastructure, and Hostinger for PHP hosting. It uses strictly necessary cookies for session, authentication and security. The current codebase does not include Google Analytics or AdSense runtime scripts. If AdSense is integrated later, Google and its partners may use advertising cookies and related technologies as described by Google advertising policies.

Retention and rights

Technical logs are normally retained for 30 days. Workspace deletion includes a 7 day safety period. Account deletion removes or anonymizes data where technically possible, while some history may remain as “Former Player” to preserve game integrity. Users may request access, correction, deletion, export and other applicable rights by email.
